El Cafetal – Colombian Restaurant is the result of the great kitchen passion of two friends, Triny Silva and Adriana Scarpetta. Together they present to the Treasure Valley their culture and the exquisite Colombian cuisine. Colombia is located in an advantageous position in South America. With a diversity of climates and crops, it makes the Colombian cuisine one of the most varied and prized worldwide.
